Working as a Regulatory Business Coordinator and participating in SEB’s International Trainee Programme will give you a unique opportunity to develop your professional skills in a modern and innovative company.
In your role in the Corporate and Private Customers division you will, during the Trainee Programme, have the opportunity to build an interesting contact network. This will be beneficial in your role as Regulatory Business Coordinator since you will be supporting your colleagues in SEB’s branch offices and our telephone channel 24|7 with expertise within the compliance area.

The financial industry is undergoing major regulatory changes and it is, therefore, necessary for new regulations, to be implemented in the working processes. In your role as Regulatory Business Coordinator it is key to ensure that the branch network and 24|7 is compliant to present regulations. The support needed could involve implementing processes within AML, KYC, GDPR and MiFID and other regulations, and to be an active stakeholder in improving these processes.
You will work together with competent colleagues within the compliance and legal areas, to gain further knowledge and insights. To be successful as a trainee in this position, you have a business-oriented mindset and we want you to contribute with fresh knowledge in law and regulations.

- Masters of Laws
- you are, or will soon graduate and have some work experience
- fluent in written and spoken English
It is not a requirement but a plus if you have experience acquired through leading projects, have worked within customer service or other service areas and studied/worked abroad.. It is a merit if you have written your master´s thesis in the field of the financial regulatory area.
