Working as a Solution Coordinator and participating in SEB’s International Trainee Programme will give you a unique opportunity to develop your professional skills in a modern and innovative company.
In your role at Cross-Delivery Process you will be part of a new team working within the area Cash Management and Loans. Joining this newly formed team, you will help to develop and maintain IT solutions for SEB clients. As a trainee, you will have an important role in facilitating collaboration between management and your team. Your focus is to create, improve, follow up and communicate the business plan to all the domains that Cash Managements & Loans is a part of.

Cross-Delivery Process is a part of Cash Management & Loans, and you will work together with seven colleagues to develop IT Solutions for large corporates and private customers. SEB brings business and IT together, and you will contribute in driving that change. You will be responsible for different initiatives while working closely with the management team and cross collaborate with other parts of SEB. You will also be responsible for the process to set and follow-up of the financial budget, delivery, audits and legal reporting.
As a trainee you will facilitate workshops and run initiatives specified within your portfolio. This role will give you the opportunity to broaden your contact network at SEB, gain knowledge in Cash Management & Loans and contribute to a smarter and more efficient way of working.

We are looking for people who can challenge us and we will do everything we can for you to get a kick-start career in SEB. In return, we ask for this:
- Master´s degree in Finance or IT, you need to have both a financial understanding and IT knowledge
- you are, or will soon graduate and have some work experience
- fluent in written and spoken English
It is not a requirement but a plus if you have experience acquired through leading projects, have worked within customer service or other service areas and studied/worked abroad. It is also meriting if you have experience in Agile Leadership and Lean.
You are interested in bringing business and IT together and you have excellent project leader skills. You are curious, humble and have great communication abilities.
