As Environmental specialist you will be supporting the operation in matters related to GHG (Greenhouse Gas) and the environmental impact of CO2 products, including GHG emissions and responsible for supporting the operation in CO2-related issues within external networks, such as Drivkraft Sverige, IKEM, etc.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that input parameters in Emission Models (Well to Wheel) align with current laws and requirements.

Your Responsibilities
The Bigger Picture
This position is a full-time permanent employment with start as soon as possible. This role can be based either at the Preem office in Stockholm, Gothenburg or Lysekil. You will report to the Environmental Manager.
As Preem is a security-classified company, a security clearance with a background check may be conducted when necessary. The security clearance will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Security Protection Act. A valid ID document approved for Sweden must be presented.

At Preem, we have decided to significantly accelerate our own transition. We have shortened the timeline for our journey by a whole ten years. A journey where, in just 13 years, we phase out our dependence on fossil crude oil in favor of renewable resources. We are investing in carbon capture solutions and replacing fossil natural gas with carbon-free hydrogen, and we are installing charging stations across the country.
