As a Customer Success Manager, your main focus is to care for Tengai´s clients and run the daily work in terms of customer dialogues and support. You will establish, build and refine trusting relationships with your customers and always work with a business attitude in everything you do since you see how it best adds value to the company. As a member of the Tengai team, you are co-responsible for contributing to a creative and positive work environment, characterized by mutual respect between colleagues.
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to support our clients and run the daily work in terms of customer dialogues and support.
The support function
- Together with our R&D and product team design and lead the support process, setup the right tools and train internal staff
- Deliver on customer SLA´s and act first-line support to our clients
- Escalate cases according to praxis, to the 2nd line function
The client success function
- Training and onboarding of clients
- Demo of our platform for potential clients
- Renewals of agreements.
We are looking for a person who is independent, can take initiative and is motivated to work close to the business. It is not a requirement but a plus if you have experience acquired through leading projects, have worked within customer service and have a strong interest in technology. You work in a structured way and take on new tasks with confidence. Since you will have a continuous dialogue with clients we also appreciate that you are service- and result-oriented.
Although Tengai has received massive attention worldwide, we are still a young startup. It is therefore important that you like to work at a high pace in a flexible and collaborative environment.
