Working as a Business Developer and participating in SEB’s International Trainee Programme will give you a unique opportunity to develop your professional skills in a modern and innovative company.
In your role at Private Banking you will, work with the aim to develop SEB´s concepts for meeting SEB’s Private Banking customers’ needs in a professional, sophisticated and modern way. Business Development within Private Banking is an exciting area mainly focused on identifying and developing new solutions to enhance the SEB experience for our high-net-worth customers. You will be part of a department focused on offering, advisory processes, and business analytics. As well as, continuous digital development and always with a sustainable mindset.
In your position as a Business Developer, you will create new tailor-made offers and plan how to implement them. For example, an offer could be for new digital and simplified advisory tools, or development of a concept for future meeting points in this customer segment. As a Business Developer your focus is on analysing the needs of both the business and the customer. In this role, you will have various contacts with different departments and management teams within SEB.
