Spanish Speaking Customer Service Agent to Mediplast in Malmö
For our customer, Mediplast in Malmö, we are looking for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Agent, who enjoys being part of an international team and fast growing company. Are you open for an 6 month consultant assignment, with the possibility of extension?

Mediplast is starting up a new site in Barcelona. As they scale up they need to extend their customer service team with an agent who supports their Spanish speaking customers.

The assignment is located in Malmö and lasts for about 6 months with the possibility of extension. Start immediately.
You should be a digital native and it is an advantage if you have experience of Microsoft Business Central. You are an experienced user of Microsoft office. It is a plus if you have experience from working with health care. If you have experience of working with service and/or customer service it is an advantage.We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and service-minded. You are passionate about customers and to give them best possible support. It is also important that you are structured, a strong communicator, and a team-player. You are expected to take full responsibility for your tasks, to help out when needed, and to drive initiatives within your area of responsibility.
It is imperative that you can communicate fluently in Spanish and English, both orally and in writing. It is an advantage (but not a requirement) if you can communicate in Swedish. Fluency in Catalan, is a big plus.
