Supply Chain and Strategic Purchasing Lead

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO

Primary responsibilities include:
? Be the Brighter responsible for our outsourced Supply Chain and production
? Define together with suppliers the formal processes within Supply Chain that will be a part of Brighter´s QMS
? Scout new suppliers that have the right level of technology, quality, delivery and cost with a focus on sustainability
? Work proactively and challenge suppliers and development to create the best possible prerequisites for sourcing
? Work in close collaboration with QA to create and contribute to the segment, supplier strategies and to set Quality Agreements
? Negotiate, propose and nominate new business to suppliers
? Work closely with the suppliers throughout the industrialization and secure the right cost level for design changes after nomination
? Design overall strategies for the logistics function locally / globally

? Develop internal and external value flows
? Follow up, analyze and report goals and key figures
? Ensure common routines and working methods from procurement, production to final delivery
? Responsible for the development and management of business system
? Be Brighter´s main contact in Logistics issues
? Be part in the Operations leadership team

The role is located in Kista in Stockholm and reports to the Head of Operations.

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for you with a university degree in technology, economics, logistics or law, alternatively relevant job experience. You have several years of documented experience in similar positions.
You have:
? Deep knowledge in business development
? Knowledge in ISO-13485, MDD
? Deep knowledge in Customer Service processes
? Knowledge in Market Introduction
? Deep knowledge in logistics
And preferably also:
? Excellent Leadership skills
? Supply chain manager within Medical Device Industry
? Part of Company Top Management
? Production Project Manager
? Logistics Manager
? Knowledge in New Product Introduction
? Knowledge in process driven production
