TNG stands for The Next Generation in recruitment. We are an authorized recruitment and staffing agency specializing in unbiased and competency-based hiring. By challenging the traditional recruitment process, we find a diverse workforce and hidden talents, while contributing to increased diversity, higher innovation and better bottom line for its clients, and new career opportunities for job seekers.

Unbiased recruitment, or objective recruitment, is something we really believe in. It’s not just pretty words on a website but is based on research, years of development, the right HR-tech tools and a genuine commitment to fight unconscious bias on a daily basis.

And we do it for real. Every day we challenge biases and let facts take priority over gut feelings, name, age, ethnicity, gender, place of education and background.

This unique unbiased recruitment process assesses the future work potential and competence of candidates, not their past performance. Through an anonymous application process, psychometric tests tailor-made for all job seekers, talent-quality score cards and a transparent candidate experience, we find new and hidden talents while contributing to increased diversity, greater innovation and a better bottom line for our clients, plus new career opportunities for job seekers.

Office and employees

We have offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö and Örebro, but recruiting and staffing takes place in 40 locations around Sweden. Digitized selection processes and advertising channels have reduced the importance of having offices in many different locations. In 2017, we had more than 450 consultants employed, and currently have more than 80 people working in our offices.

Since we started in 2004, we have collaborated with over 400 companies and organizations. At the moment, we are actively working with Swedbank, Fitness24Seven, Nordea, Peab, Green Cargo, among others.
