Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with and report to the Tierp Works business controller, while closely working with the Product Company finance team and wider Tierp Works organization.
• Contribute to the continuous development of a well-structured, resilient, and efficient finance department. With a lean mindset focusing on reducing waste and fostering a sustainable working environment.
• Prepare accurate, relevant, and timely business and financial analyses to support general management in making effective decisions.
• Develop an understanding of Atlas Copco processes over time to assist in larger systems development projects and act as a super user for business systems used at Tierp Works.
• Drive digitalization projects as part of the company´s digitalization journey to enhance efficiency.
• Actively engage with and comprehend the machining, assembly, and operational supply chain, understanding both internal and customer requirements.
• Conduct factory visits and provide close support to production teams to gain a holistic view of operations and address business needs effectively.

The Bigger Picture

Tierp Works is the main production plant for the Motor Vehicle and General Industry divisions of Atlas Copco Industrial Technique. The plant consists of a machining workshop, final tool assembly and a special production workshop.

We are situated in bright offices in Tierp where we all work in the office throughout the workweek. We offer friendly colleagues, a staff canteen, and an on-site gym.

There are express buses running adjacent to our working hours to and from the train station, and ample parking spaces are available.

Our Expectations

You have a university degree in Business Administration and a couple of years of experience from a similar role with a good understanding in financial controlling. Since we are an international company you need to have good level of both Swedish and English, both written and spoken. In order to be successful, you will also need:

• Excellent Excel skills
• Experience from ERP systems is an advantage and SAP more specifically.
• Accounting skills
• Good analytical capability and a concern for quality and accuracy
• Experience from Microsoft Power BI or other BI systems is an advantage.

To be successful in this role you have strong communication skills and have an open-minded and inclusive approach to people. You have the ability to build and maintain a structured workplace that enables efficiency in reoccurring tasks and flexibility for ad-hoc requests. As a person you are curious and unpretentious and like to explore the underlying causes for events and results.
