Purpose, Offer and Benefits
This position offers you a key role in an international and technical driven company. We work with a variety of customers within exciting fields such as municipalities, pulp and paper, pharmaceutical, food and beverage. As a Business Controller you will use your expertise and experience to support managers in our two Business Units AnoxKaldnes and Hydrotech. You work closely with around 14 managers within for example Production, R&D, Sales and Project Management.

Your Responsibilities
The Bigger Picture
You will be part of the financial team consisting of 3 persons. You will report to the CFO and will have a dotted line to our Business Controller in France. Since our Business Unit AnoxKaldnes is in Lund, and Hydrotech in Vellinge, you can choose which office to work from. Weekly visits to Vellinge/Lund will be needed. Remote-work from home is optional a couple of days per week.
Our Expectations
You have experience within business controlling and analysis. You have a bachelor´s or masters´ degree in economics or have gained equivalent knowledge through experience. If you have experience from manufacturing industry, it´s an advantage. It´s also an advantage if you have worked in an international concern. Since we work in many different systems, you need to have the ability to navigate easily in systems. You have vast experience in Excel or Google Sheets. We´re an international company why English is a requirement for the position. Knowledge in Swedish is an advantage.
You are a self-starter who is good at structuring, driving and prioritizing your own work. The ability to establish and develop strong relationships is one of your other strengths. You meet deadlines and have a high level of service. You have a great ability to communicate financial information in a clear way, well-adapted to the receiver. You contribute to the team with your optimism and a can-do attitude.
