Digital Marketing Manager – SEO & SEM for DeLaval

Do you have a great interest in digital campaigns, analysis and putting the customer in focus? Great!

Are you an enthusiastic digital professional with a background working in search engine optimisation & paid media either in-house or with an agency? Working in a central team, but in a cross functional and multi-market role, you will drive all aspects of our SEO & SEM strategy being hands on with campaign setup and execution. You will work closely with different markets to turn their campaign goals into digital media campaigns, constantly evolving what works and what doesn’t. DeLaval is on a journey when it comes to our digital communications and you will play a key role in driving this transformation, having the patience to explain what you are doing but never backing down when you believe you have the best solution.

Your Responsibilities

Your main tasks in this roll will be:

• Lead DeLaval´s SEO strategy and implement this across global market

• Guide all paid digital campaigns including search, display, video and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram etc)

• Implement global tools and standards for digital media buying (SEM) and organic traffic acquisition (SEO)

• Technical setup, optimisation and monitoring of paid campaigns ensuring KPIs are met

• Provide market area and cluster level reporting on digital campaigns and SEO performance

• Act as a centre of excellence for SEO & SEM in DeLaval and be seen as the go-to person for technical or strategic questions within this area

This role will be based in Tumba, Sweden, within our Digital Communications team with the possibility for hybrid working.

Our Expectations

To succeed in this role we think you has worked at 2+ with search engine optimization and digital media buying with relevant certifications (eg. Google AdWords). You should have experience from campaign and ads set up in Google, Linkedin & Facebooks advertising platforms as well as experience from Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console and Semrush. Experience on programmatic buying tools (such as AdRoll, Criteo etc.) are also necessary.

As a person you are an productive, organized, and hands-on individual who holds a passion for paid socials and digital marketing in general. Fluent English both oral and written is required, additional languages are always a plus!
