We at Oriflame are defined by our dynamic culture, meaningful work and professional growth potential. You will own our end-to-end recruitment process for our entire Group Support Office based in Stockholm, where you will be empowered to live up to your full potential and entrepreneurial spirit.
In the role as a Global Recruiter you will be a key member in a fast moving and dynamic talent team, which is part of our new Global Employee Experience group, based in the center of Stockholm. You will be responsible for owning and driving the recruitment process, with focus on senior internal stakeholders where quality and speed of the recruitment process is key. You will bring a new dimension to our recruitment process where you will advise and support our hiring managers in a proactive way within the broad areas represented at our Stockholm office.
As a Global Recruiter you will experience what it´s like to work with people from many different countries in an energetic environment, who have a real passion for cosmetics. You will get the opportunity to work inside a newly created team who is responsible for finding the future super stars of Oriflame.
- Lead multiple simultaneous recruitment projects with hiring managers, where we expect you to advice on hiring decisions
- Be the key contact for external talent providers.
- Own and execute the end to end recruitment process from proactive talent pipelines to conducting competence analysis.
- Review top talents presented from the total talent providers and present them to hiring managers
- Conduct skill-based and case-interviews with top talents
- Own and follow up on recruitment KPI´s such as time to hire, offer acceptance rate, quality of hire, hires to goal, diversity hiring metrics and retention rates.
The global recruiter will be part of the Global Employee Experience team and you will report to the Global Talent Director, all based in Stockholm.
To succeed in the role as a Global Business Recruiter, you need to have an absolute passion for recruiting talent and have an excellent knowledge of where, and how, this talent can be found. You need to also understand the complexity with the total talent solution.
As an excellent networker and communicator within Oriflame you will have the ability to create strong cooperation with multiple key stakeholders. You are stress resistant and very structured, able to handle multiple projects and processes simultaneously. You are proactive in nature and able to take initiative to act on behalf of your responsibilities. You have a truly global mindset and the ability to influence and motivate others to create great cooperation throughout our Group Support Office.
