In the role as Office Manager, you have the opportunity to independently create processes and routines to manage the office. The role involves a very close collaboration with Senior Talent Manager based in New York City. The office will be your responsibility and you will also work closely with the Stockholm leadership team. This position is a great opportunity to learn and develop in the field of Human Resources and Office Management, and gain experience at a growing, fast-paced start-up company.

In this role you will be responsible for both the office space and supporting HR-oriented tasks in general. 

This is your daily work tasks:

  • Set up the process and build daily routines for the office
  • Supporting practical and administrative needs in the Stockholm office
  • HR processes such as coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews, on boarding and off boarding
  • Working with hiring managers and other employees to ensure a great candidate experience during recruitment processes
  • Setting up the process for Benefit programs, sending out surveys and compiling statistics
  • Providing administrative support to the management team, including scheduling, booking travel, submitting expenses and scanning of invoices
  • Purchasing of office supplies, coffee, food and drinks to the office
  • Co-ordinate events and team activities

This job is a direct recruitment and employment at Qapital in Stockholm, where you will work full time and the start-up will be as agreed. You will report to the Finance Manager based in Stockholm and also work closely with the Stockholm leadership team. In the Stockholm office you will work together with the Finance Manager, as well as becoming part of a team of designers, behavioral scientists and financial technologists that today consists of 30 employees. The team mission is to develop a new banking experience from scratch. You will work office hours from 9-17 with the possibility of flex time. The office is located in beautiful premises in the historic center of Gamla Stan in the heart of Stockholm, close to very good communications and service.

We are looking for a person with a great service focus and interest in taking full responsibility for the Stockholm office. This will also be a great opportunity to learn and develop in Human Resources. The ideal candidate has worked as an Office Manager and interest in learning about HR. A requirement for the role is that you have high school education and are fluent in speech and writing in both English and Swedish. A requirement for the role is also that you have good system experience and also good experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
