Coherent in Järfälla, Stockholm is looking for a Quality Engineer. This is a great opportunity for you with experience as a Quality Engineer from a manufacturing company to contribute with your knowledge in quality, ISO and corrective actions. Through your efforts and focus on process improvements, you help to reach Coherent´s high global quality goals. The Bigger Picture
As a Quality Engineer, you collaborate with colleagues in all our production areas in our wafer fabrication in Järfälla. You have flexible working hours and we also offer the opportunity to work from home.
You report to the Quality & Reliability Manager.
We are looking for you with relevant post-secondary education and with experience as a Quality Engineer in the manufacturing industry - preferably from a regulatory business. You have knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14001. It is advantageous if you have knowledge of any statistical analysis tool. As you will be working in an international context, we are looking for you who have good knowledge of spoken and written English. Knowledge of Swedish is preferable.
You are accurate in your work and have a structured way of working. You are good at driving your own work forward and thrive in an independent role. You take initiatives and make sure you meet your deadlines. You are good at building relationships and the ability to communicate. You are motivated by being part of a team where it is natural to share your knowledge and take advantage of others´.
