YOUR TRAINEE POSITION AND YOUR TEAM
You will be a part of the team that develops new and sustainable solutions at SEB Life & Pension. The team consists of 15 colleagues, working both with private and corporate customers. With customer experience in focus, the team develops and improves future solutions.
As a trainee, some of your tasks will include market & customer analysis, supporting product & service development of tailor-made solutions for SEB´s different client segments, such as advisory tools and other innovative solutions. In your role as a Business Developer, you will have many touch-points across the organisation and thereby gain an extensive network within SEB.

It is not a requirement but a plus if you have experience acquired through leading projects, have worked within customer service or other service areas and studied/worked abroad. It is also meriting if you have taken courses in marketing.

You are highly motivated, a fast learner and a doer who easily can turn words into actions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are very important, since we always strive to simplify what is complex.
