SEB trainee: Product Owner in Stockholm

YOUR TRAINEE POSITION AND YOUR TEAM

In your role as Product Owner you will work closely with other Product Owners as well as with Product Managers and Product Specialists across products and offering. You will also have a wide network outside your own unit with stakeholders in all functions of the bank such as IT, operations, sales, compliance and legal. Working with product management means that you will always have customer needs in focus, using agile working methods and Service Design to achieve the development of attractive and competitive product offerings.

You will drive product development within the area as defined in the product plans, ensuring innovation, high quality and cost-efficiency. You will translate the demands into efficient and compliant solutions. The role involves a great variety of tasks and it is a complex and challenging business area to work in, with products such as cross border payments and domestic payments like salary and e-invoicing solutions. This means that the possibilities of professional self-development are extensive.

It is a plus if you have experience leading projects, working with customer service or other service areas and studying or working abroad.

You are a good communicator with skills to present ideas and arguments in an effective way. In this role, you should be able to use your networking skills in a collaborative environment. You will take responsibility and act to make things happen and take lead to reach specific goals in the progressing initiatives. Being curious and keen about forming new business solutions out of demands and ideas will help you in this role.
