PolyPeptide is now looking for a Solution Manager within Production and Planning to their expanding team in Malmö. You will get the chance to be a part of the global IS/IT department and work in a varied role with several internal and external contacts. As a Solution Manager you will have an essential role within the team and be a part of developing the global ERP and MES solution with main focus on production and planning.

As PolyPeptide´s Solution Manager you will be the essential link between IS/IT and business groups, with a primary focus on global applications such as Dynamics AX and Rockwell PharmaSuite. You will be a part of the global IS/IT department and the ERP and Business application services team. You will be responsible for continuous development of systems related to production workflows together with business stakeholders.

You will work within the Pharmaceutical industry, and be a part of the innovation and development of commercial therapeutic peptides. This means that you will be introduced to the processes, tools and systems that ensure the quality of peptide technology.

DINA FRAMTIDA ARBETSUPPGIFTER

• Ensure daily operations of business applications within you area of responsibility
• Work with technical and process development related to Production and Planning, primarily within the ERP and MES applications.
• Driving changes for business applications and participate in CAB meetings and be responsible for business application changes within your domain.
• Work with 3rd party vendors to secure communication, processes and progress on activities
• Work with documentation for business applications and secure documentation reliability.
• Produce key messages, presentations and strategic documents to support awareness, interest and secure buy-in amongst stakeholders throughout the organization on all levels.

ROLLEN INNEBÄR OCKSÅ

You will report to the Manager for ERP and Business application services. The position is located in Malmö, but your responsibility is global.

VEM ÄR DU?

To be successful in this role, we believe that you have:

• ERP experience preferably within MS Dynamics Ax 2012
• good understanding of Production and related processes and expert knowledge in applications supporting those processes (e.g. ERP, MES).
• Experience of working with test/validation and changes in a structured way
• Background within the Pharmaceutical industry is beneficial
• You are a service minded person with positive way of looking at things with a driving force to find solutions on problems and to implement them in a structured way
• You are a good communicator, both orally and written
