Working as an IT Project Manager and participating in SEB’s International Trainee Programme will give you a unique opportunity to develop your professional skills in a modern and innovative company.
In your role at Project Management Office you will, during the trainee programme, run projects with the support and guidance needed from an appointed tutor. As a part of the Project Management Office, you will communicate with several stakeholders, mainly internal but also external providers. As a trainee in this position, you will gain a unique insight into various parts of SEB since the projects involve managers from different units, and include reporting to top management steering groups.

In your role as an IT Project Manager, you will run projects of different sizes that are crucial for the bank in the digital transformation journey where technology is the core. The projects will be of great variation in terms of range, duration and area. But the common factor is a need for developing innovative and efficient IT solutions.
You will be focused on leading the projects forward by using agile methods to meet deadlines and reach goals. As a Project Manager, you will collaborate and communicate with the project team, management, IT and other stakeholders. You will gain responsibility at an early stage in this role and experience excellent personal development with support from qualified Project Managers.
