Coherent in Järfälla, Stockholm is looking for an AOI Process Engineer. Your Responsibilities

  • Development of new AOI processes for new products
  • Daily support as needed on the equipment
  • Perform relevant equipment maintenance
  • Interaction with Product owners on pass / fail requirements for different products
  • Interact with the machine vendor for new features
  • Perform technical documentation

The Bigger Picture

You´ll be joining a team of ten where one works part-time with AOI who you will cooperate within this position.

Since the equipment is in a clean room environment, some time will be spent there. It´s a day-time position with flexible working hours. At the start of this position, you´ll work full-time on-site in Järfälla. When you´re more independent in your position, there is a possibility of working from home.

Our Expectations

You have an M.Sc. in Physics, Electronics, Semiconductors and /or relevant experience within AOI. You have experience writing scripts in for example Python and can easily navigate different software. You have good knowledge of English. Knowledge of Swedish is preferable, but not a requirement.

You are a self-starter and good at taking initiative. The role requires that you are quality-conscious and structured in your way of working, thus you´re good at switching focus when other tasks are more highly prioritized. You are good at building relationships and cooperating well with others.
