We are looking for a creative and results oriented Concept Developer, delivering state of the art product development and professional services to our clients, fuelling their success.

Your Responsibilities

In your role as Concept Developer, you will develop business simulations, dialogue programs, learning apps, e-learnings and other learning and communication tools. You will be part of the development process from proposal, through concept and content development in close collaboration with our customers, and all the way to implementation with the learners. Through solid understanding of our clients´ business challenges and needs, and by gathering and analysing information, you will identify and bring key content to life for the end user. By leveraging Celemi´s methods and tools, you will develop and convert conceptual models into interactive learning experiences. You will be part of agile development teams working close together in completing your assignments. An important part of your role is to maintain, develop and deepen customer relations.

During the development processes you will run workshops with clients for input on their challenges, needs and relevant content. You will craft and test learning concepts and design and implement your findings to deliver the best possible solutions to the learners. In parallel you will work with projects involving maintenance, updates, and new development of our business simulation products. This work is done in close cooperation with our global sales team and our global partner network. You will also support the sales team in the sales process, creating learning solution proposals together, and take active part in meetings and presentations for potential clients.

You will work as a part of the Operations team at our HQ in central Malmö, Sweden, and report to the VP of Operations.

Our Expectations

To be the innovative, driven, and communicative Concept Developer that we seek, we believe that you have relevant educational background. You have probably worked in a similar role, processing complex information to conceptualize and simplify for communication, learning or similar. It is an advantage if you have worked for a digital agency, gaming company or similar development or consultancy organization where you have worked within creative, agile teams delivering concept development, copywrite text and similar, hands-on.

As an individual you are solution and delivery oriented and have good communication and people skills. You are a team player who thrive on motivating and collaborating with others towards a common goal. You know how to structure your own and others´ work to achieve set goals. At the same time, you are flexible and can adapt fast to changed needs and priorities.

Your English is fluent, both orally and in writing. Communication skills in Swedish is an advantage (but not a requirement) as are additional language skills. As we work extensively in a digital, collaborative environment we expect you to be comfortable and a driver in that continuous development. You are expected to bring new ideas and ways of working and be willing to learn fast when it comes to new digital tools.
