In practical terms, the consultant job means that you are employed by us, but have your workplace at one of our clients. Of course, you are part of the community at the company and have a supervisor who helps you on site and a consultant manager from TNG who supports you remotely.
As an IT Support specialist at Epidemic Sound, you will be manning the service desk and greeting and helping employees at the ´Tech Bar´. Along with your team of four, you will offer hands-on support, as well as receiving incoming cases from the organization´s employees within 1st and 2nd line support.
Through the ticket system, you are responsible for troubleshooting hardware (mostly Mac) and software issues, and also installation and configuration, whilst providing first class service along the way. Core tools we use are Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Confluence and Okta, so knowledge in theses are meriting.
You run cases independently from start to finish or escalate the case to the relevant department. You consistently administrate in the case management system as well as update and write support documentation. In addition to this, you work preventively by analyzing why certain problems arise. You are also encouraged to contribute ideas and be creative to develop your team´s way of working.

For the first 6 months you will be a consultant via us at TNG, working at Epidemic Sound. There is great possibility of extending the employemnt. You will work full time starting as soon as possible.
