Junior Lab Assistant/Technician – Immediate

A biotech company in Tullinge, Stockholm is looking for a Junior Laboratory Assistant/Technician who can start immediately!

Your Responsibilities

As Junior Lab Assistant/Technician, your key tasks & responsibilities will be:

• Physically retrieving material from the warehouse and bringing it to the development labs.
• Follow approved SOPs for inspection, cleaning, documenting and labeling materials for laboratory use.
• Use a digital inventory tracking tool daily and support the administration of this software.
• Follow SOPs for appropriate dress and behavior in the development labs.
• Bring in materials and supplies to the development labs and proactively work to maintain stock levels
• Under the guidance of the development lab manager, organize and maintain inventory stock in specified areas of the building.
• Communicate regularly with the development lab manager.
• Assist in coordinating service and technical visits from suppliers under the direction of the development lab manager.

The Bigger Picture

This is a full-time assignment for a period of 3 months with the possibility of extension. The company is located in Tullinge.

Our Expectations

This is an entry level position that requires fluency in written and spoken English. Swedish is not a requirement. Previous work in a warehouse and/or laboratory is preferred but is not a requirement.
