Working as a Business Analyst in Business Support & Operations´ CIO team at SEB in Stockholm you will be involved in both improving the day-to-day work in the division, and in future oriented change initiatives impacting SEB more widely. You will gain insight into ongoing issues in both the division and SEB and you will build a large network at the bank. A perfect start if you are interested in organisation development, business process management and strategic automation issues!
Simultaneously with working in the role being recruited to, you will participate in SEB´s International Trainee Programme, which gives you the opportunity to develop an extensive network, gain a deep understanding of the international financial industry and be professionally and personally challenge.

Business Support & Operations is a key contributor in the transformation of end-to-end processes, and we are now increasing efforts to achieve great customer service and automation. You will be part of a dedicated team that supports SEB and Operations on this journey – covering overall CIO topics, process management, automation and robotics.
As a Business Analyst there will be opportunities for you to design how you want to work and what you want to focus on. Your tasks can include taking part in investigations, analysis and change initiatives in areas such as process management and automation, as well as coordinating the agenda in our development board where we drive key issues on a monthly basis. You will also be involved in how we drive process excellence across SEB to manage risk and improve business results. This could include modelling, facilitation and improving lean-inspired ways-of-working.
