SEB Trainee: IT Risk & Security Analyst

Working as an IT Risk & Analyst in Customer Offerings at SEB in Stockholm you will be part of the newly created cross-function and play a key role in supporting the five different areas within Customer Offerings, a Business area within Technology. In this role, you will be a key competency ensuring and coordinating sound risk and security management. The role offers you a great opportunity to help shape SEB´s future work in IT security!

Simultaneously with working in the role being recruited to, you will participate in SEB´s International Trainee Programme, which gives you the opportunity to develop an extensive network within the bank, gain a deep understanding of the international financial industry and be professionally and personally challenged.

Your Trainee Position and Your Team

In your role, you will have a broad responsibility in different areas, not least for the business area´s risk and security portfolio. You will be supporting the areas in their work and ensuring compliance and governance with SEB´s risk and security framework. You will also be responsible for raising awareness of risk and security in the area through training. To achieve this, you will have various interactions with different departments as well as with Customer Offerings management.

Your Required Skills

We are looking for you with passion for business and a changing environment. We like you to challenge us, now and for the future. We are looking for you who:

• Have an academic degree or a vocational education in Economics, Engineering, IT, or equivalent
• Have graduated before programme start or within the last three years
• It is meritorious if you have some work experience
• It is meritorious if you have read subjects in IT security
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Swedish

To thrive in this role, we believe you are curious and forward-thinking, as well as you like to solve problems and have a stronganalytical mindset. As the role requires a lot of contact with other areas within SEB, we expect you to have very good communication skills. If you have an interest in IT and Information Security, we see it as an advantage but not a requirement. Most importantly, you must have high ambitions to develop within the role.
