THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO

In the position as Technical Onsite Supporter you will get a large contact network, in which you will act as the link between the customers and Kamstrup Software Developers and Sales Teams. Your main task will be to gain a strong technical domain knowledge of the customers business, which you will advise within Kamstrup´s intelligence products and hereby ensuring that the customer has the right solution to support the business optimally.

THE JOB IN BRIEF

As a Technical Onsite Supporter at Kamstrup you will become a part of the Solution & Service Department. The team consists of eight skilled colleagues, who are assigned to either 1st Level Support, Onsite Support or Consultancy. The mission is to provide excellent customer experience and to be one step ahead of their competitors. The job will take place in Kamstrups office in Täby, but you will spend most of your days out with customers.

WHO ARE YOU?

In order to be relevant to this role, it is a requirement that you hold a valid driver license and that you are fluent in English and Swedish both written and oral. We also see that you have a background from the utility sector as Supply Operator, Technician, Energy Planner, Technical Specialist or any other similar role.

It will be considered in advantage if you have sales experience and a solid understanding for network (IP/2g/4g/5g/P2P/GPRS). If you also speak and write Danish it will be an asset, because you will have close contact with the global headquarters in Denmark.
