We have specialized in unbiased, data-driven, structured and competency-based hiring for the past 15 years. We strive to always create an inclusive, fair and more transparent candidate experience for jobseekers while removing as much bias as possible and thereby delivering more diverse teams. To make it happen we have augmented and designed our own recruitment tech tools to assist recruiters to be more objective during the selection and assessment phase, and are now challenging the most critical and most biased part of the recruitment funnel – the job interview.
