SKILLS AND PERSONALITY TESTS WHEN YOU ARE APPLYING FOR JOB
At TNG we welcome all applicants. Your competence and future work performance should always be the focus and therefore we have chosen to work with an unbiased and objective recruitment process.
This means that we do everything we can to assess job seekers objectively and not let our gut feeling or our own biases about age, gender, name or background influence who we meet or book in for a job interview. We simply put your competence and potential in focus, not preconceived opinions. We do this by allowing all applicants to carry out psychometric screening tests before reading their CV. The tests do not know how or where you acquired the skills, only that you have it. Keep in mind that we are not looking to find candidates with the highest test results, but to find the right match based on the required skills. Together with your test result and your application, we then make an overall assessment to match you to the right role.
