The position is based in Stockholm, working closely with experienced colleagues in a team of seven located across Sweden, the UK, Ireland, the Czech Republic and China. The organisation is characterised by trust, structure and high quality standards. You’ll report to a manager based in Shanghai who leads with a coaching and empowering approach.
Our Expectations
You have a relevant university degree or equivalent experience and have worked with support, configuration and maintenance of business-critical systems in larger organisations. You possess solid understanding of treasury, payment or finance applications and are used to managing complex environments where operational stability and compliance are essential.
Experience with SWIFT infrastructure, including operations, monitoring and troubleshooting, is an important part of your background, as is working within ITIL frameworks and established change management routines. Previous experience with systems such as Multibank, Quantum, ICE or similar payment, netting or cash management solutions is highly valued.
You are communicative and comfortable navigating between technical teams and business stakeholders. You work methodically, are reliable and confident in following defined processes. At the same time, you take initiative and responsibility for both results and improvement within your area. You are steady, practical and thrive in an environment where precision and regulated processes are essential. Finally, you enjoy working in an international context and have excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
