In the role as a global recruiter you will be a key member in a fast moving an dynamic talent team, which is part of our new Global Employee Experience group, based in the center of Stockholm. You will be responsible for driving the recruitment process with focus on internal stakeholders and the total talent provider. Bringing a new dimension to internal recruitment you will advise and support hiring managers in a proactive way within a broad area of Oriflame´s business. Since this is a key-role in the cooperation with our total talent service provider you will get extensive on the job training within recruitment, diversity, unbiased recruitment, assessment and recruitment technology.
As a global recruiter you will experience what it´s like to work with people from many different countries in an energetic environment, who have a real passion for cosmetics. You will get the opportunity to work inside a newly created team who is responsible for finding the future super stars of Oriflame.
- Lead on recruitment projects with hiring managers and advise on hiring decisions
- Coordinate and be the key contact for our total talent provider. Carry out the process from recruitment pipeline to conduct competence analysis with the hiring manager and forward the requisition to the talent provider.
- Review top talents presented from the total talent provider and present to hiring managers
- Conduct skill-based and case-interviews with top talents
- Follow up on recruitment KPI´s such as time to hire, offer acceptance rate, quality of hire, hires to goal, diversity hiring metrics and retention rates.
The global recruiter will be part of the Global Employee Experience team and you will report to the Global Talent Director, all based in Stockholm.
To succeed in the role as a global recruiter, you need to an excellent knowledge of the full recruitment process and understand the complexity of the total talent solution. As a networker and good communicator within the Oriflame organisation you have the ability to create strong cooperations with different stakeholders. You are very structured in order to handle multiple projects and processes simultaneously and you take initiative to act on behalf of your responsibilities. You have a global mindset and the ability to influence and motivate others in order to create a great advisory cooperation with our hiring managers.
